This 2-story luxury condo sleeps up to eight guests, with two king beds, 3 twin beds, one full bed, and a sofabed. There are three bedrooms with three full spa-inspired bathrooms. We have an exceptional location close to the beautiful beach of Marina Del Rey, which is only three blocks from The Venice Pier.

Marina Del Rey is a close-knit community. The location is ideal because you are less than a block from the beach and the Los Angeles International Airport is only 6 miles away. You are also in close proximity to Venice Beach, The Venice Canal Historic District, and the Venice Pier. All of LA is easily accessible. Hollywood is 15 miles north-west, Disney is less than 40, and Santa Monica is 2 miles north and makes for a lovely bike ride.

There are certain weekends and holidays where we have a minimum stay requirement.
Early check-in/late check-out is $50/hour and will be dependent on availability.
We will not be able to confirm an early check-in until after 4 pm on the day before your arrival as we accept same-day bookings until 4 pm. Conversely, We will not be able to confirm a late check out until after 4 pm the day before your departure.
Even though we cannot confirm early check-in/late check-out in advance, please let us know in advance so we can notify housekeeping.
You will be able to check yourself if early check-in/late check-out is NOT available on your end by seeing if the date before or after is blocked.
You will have access to:
1. The underground parking garage.
2. The entrance of the building with access to the stairs/elevator
3. Your entire private penthouse unit with a private rooftop deck

Pets are not allowed. We want to respect those that are allergic to animals. You’ll have to leave your furry friend at home.
